**Cakes are recommended to be set out at room temperature at least 4 hours prior to slicing and can be left at room temperature for up to 8 hours. Please be sure to schedule your pick up for at least 4 hours in advance to be sure your cake is at the correct temperature for slicing at your celebration.**
